Dr. Predrag Tadić has given an invited talk titled „Photoplethysmogram (PPG) as a source of biomarkers for AI-based diagnosis of heart failure“ at the 16th Photonics Workshop on Kopaonik. He presented the SensSmart prototype device and discussed the challenges before the extraction of PPG signal features.

We have also presented a new algorithm for denoising of ECG and PPG signals, see the Abstract.

SensSmart project has been described and featured in the title „Veštačkom inteligencijom do uređaja koji otkriva srčanu slabost“ („Artificial Intelligence as a Route to Detection of Heart Failure“) of a „Politika“ article about 75th anniversary of Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences in Feb 22, 2023.
